Island Tea 山海天茶 is a bubble tea and specialty drink shop operating within Chili Island Chinese & Thai in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. You can reach us at chiliislandbobatea@gmail.com or (403) 726-0733.

Orders submitted through this website are requests for pickup, not completed sales. An order is only confirmed once our staff accepts and begins preparing it. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including ingredient availability, equipment issues, closing time, suspected fraud, or an obvious pricing or menu error.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit — name, phone number, drink selections, and customizations. We prepare orders exactly as received.

Orders placed through this website are pickup only. Please collect your order at 4600 130 Ave SE, Calgary, AB T2Z 0C2 within the specified time frame provided in your email receipt.

For delivery orders, please call us at (403) 726-0733.

Drinks are made fresh and are best enjoyed right away. Orders not collected within 30 minutes of being ready may be discarded, and we are not able to refund orders that are not picked up on time. If you are running late, please call to let us know so that we can try to accommodate your request.

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected in-person at the time of pickup — this website does not process payments or store payment card details.

We reserve the right to change prices and availability at any time without notice, and the price charged in store governs.

To change or cancel an order, call us at (403) 726-0733 as soon as possible. Once a drink has been prepared, we generally cannot cancel it.

If something is wrong with your order — the wrong drink, a missed customization, or a quality issue — tell us at the counter or contact us the same day and we will make it right. Refunds are handled at our discretion and issued to the original method of payment.

Ingredients including dairy, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, wheat, and gluten are handled on site, and we cannot guarantee that any drink is free from cross-contact.

Menu descriptions, nutritional notes, and customization options are provided as a general guide only. If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or medical dietary requirement, please speak to staff directly before ordering. You order at your own risk where allergies are concerned.

Our Build-Your-Own option lets you combine fruits within the limits shown on the ordering page. Pricing adjusts based on your selections and is displayed before you submit. Small variations of sugar and ice between cups is normal.

Where a loyalty or free-drink reward is offered, it applies to drinks purchased from Island Tea and is tracked per stamp card. Rewards carry no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

We may change or end the loyalty program at any time. We may also void rewards we reasonably believe were obtained through error or abuse.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or automated orders
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site
• Copy or reuse our content, branding, or menu material for commercial purposes
• Use the site in any way that breaks Canadian or Albertan law

We may restrict access to the site or to online ordering if these terms are broken.

The Island Tea 山海天茶 name, logo, artwork, photography, menu descriptions, and site design belong to Island Tea, under Chili Star Ltd., and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may update, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time. Photographs are for illustration; your drink may look slightly different.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Island Tea is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or from an order placed through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Canadian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Information you submit when ordering is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes fall to the courts of Alberta.
