Information you give us when you place an order:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address, where you provide one
• Your order details — drinks, sizes, toppings, sugar and ice levels, quantities, and any notes you add

Information collected automatically:

• Basic technical data such as browser type, device type, approximate region, and pages visited, recorded by our hosting provider for security and performance
• Your cart contents, stored in your own browser so your selections survive a page refresh

We use your information only to:

• Prepare your order correctly and match it to you at pickup
• Contact you if there is a question, delay, or problem with your order
• Track loyalty progress, where you take part in our loyalty program
• Keep the website working, secure, and free from abuse
• Meet our record-keeping and tax obligations

We do not sell your personal information, rent it, or trade it. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.

By submitting an order form, you consent to us collecting and using the information in that form for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, though we may not be able to complete an in-progress order without it.

We rely on a small number of third-party services to run this website. They process your information only to deliver their service to us, and only as instructed:

• Website hosting and delivery — serves the site and keeps basic security logs
• Email delivery — transmits your submitted order from the website to our inbox
• Google Maps — displays the map showing our location
• Google Fonts — loads the typefaces used across the site

Some of these providers operate servers outside Canada, including in the United States. Where that is the case, your information may be stored or processed abroad and could be accessible to foreign courts or authorities under the laws of that country.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site uses your browser's local storage to remember your cart between pages, which stays on your device and is never transmitted to us until you submit an order. Clearing your browser data will empty your cart.

The embedded Google Map may set its own cookies when it loads. If you would rather it did not, you can block third-party cookies in your browser settings — the rest of the site will still work.

Order records are kept only as long as we need them for order fulfilment, loyalty tracking, accounting, and legal obligations. Technical logs held by our hosting provider are kept for a short period on a rolling basis.

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Order emails go to a password-protected account, and access to order information is limited to the staff. We take reasonable steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold.

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act, you may:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and how it has been used
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate or incomplete
• Ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep

• Complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta
